As a cancer survivor, Susan has lived through a hardship situation. She knows what it is like to be ill, to have medical bills that health insurance doesn’t cover, and to be temporarily unemployed. Her own hardship experience, and complete recovery, gave her the motivation to reach out to others who are hurting and help them reach a better place in life.

Another way that Susan is unique is that she is an educator. She believes in educating her Short Sale clients so that they retain their dignity, their rights and a sense of control, even when life seems like a roller coaster and they are forced to sell their home. She handles all the details so that they can focus on other things and find some peace in their lives.

Susan is a native Texan who has lived in Austin since 1979 and graduated from the University of Texas. She has been licensed in real estate since 1994.

Susan is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors®, as well as both the Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors.® She is a Short Sales Specialist who also has earned an SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation. Susan is on the Education Faculty for Keller Williams, teaching a variety of classes to other agents, including classes on how to help homeowners with Short Sales.

When she is not helping people in real estate, Susan is working on behalf of several volunteer organizations in Austin, including her neighborhood association. She is active in her church, and enjoys the outdoors and outdoor sports, such cycling, swimming, and running…and competing in Triathlons.
